Concord New Energy Group Limited (CNE) is a Singapore-headquartered renewable energy company focuses in renewable energy industry nearly two decades, been listed on HKEX and SGX. CNE is committed always to providing high-quality clean energy and related professional services. Our business has covered development, investment and operation of wind power, photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage assets global wide. Currently, CNE is managing a total equity capacity more than 5GW.

Development History
2024
In 2024, we secured 679 MW of new wind and solar projects across various markets. Additionally, we established 308 MW/616 MWh of energy storage projects during the same year.
2023
While reaching a historic high in development indicators for the full year, with the installed capacity surpassing 4GW for the first time. In addition, its S&P ESG rating increased for two consecutive years, exceeding that of 84% of global peers.
2022
The annual development indicators reached a record high in 2022. CNE maintained an annual output of over one million kilowatts, and received an A rating from MSCI ESG.
2021
CNE accomplished a million-kilowatt annual output and completed a 200MW power station project in a remarkably short timeframe.
2020
Despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, CNE quickly resumed production on ongoing projects. CNE achieved a new peak in project development capacity, further optimised asset structure and quality, and achieved sustainable growth.
2019
CNE constructed and successfully launched its first grid parity project, marking the beginning of an era of affordable pricing.
2018
CNE’s equity-held installed capacity surpassed 2 million kilowatts in 2018. The company secured a convertible loan from Goldman Sachs and successfully issued USD 200 million in bonds.
2017
CNE received a BB rating from an international credit rating agency. CNE also introduced a smart energy solution called POWER+ and secured a convertible loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
2016
CNE achieved a significant milestone in 2016 by successfully issuing the green bond for non-financial enterprises.
2015
CNE’S revenue surpassed USD 65 million, with over 50% of the revenue attributed to electricity generation.
2014
The equity-held installed capacity in non-restricted areas exceeded two-thirds, and significant improvements were made to The Group’s asset structure and quality.
2013
Several photovoltaic projects were successfully launched, leading to a strong momentum in the solar energy business.
2012
The Group further optimized its asset structure. Additionally, the number of wind power units connected to the grid reached 1000.
2011
The Group achieved a significant milestone by connecting its first photovoltaic power station to the grid. Furthermore, the successful issuance of USD 103 million in green dim sum bonds demonstrated the Group's commitment to sustainable financing.
2010
The Group entered into a cooperative partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), further strengthening its global presence and collaboration in the renewable energy sector.
2009
The year 2009 marked a period of rapid development for The Group. The equity-held installed capacity exceeded 500MW for the first time, showcasing the significant growth. Additionally, The Group established strategic partnerships with multiple multinational power generation enterprises, further solidifying its position in the industry.
2008
The Group successfully established a comprehensive wind power industry chain that encompassed vertical integration of manufacturing, development, construction, and operations.
2007
The Group achieved a significant milestone by being listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
