CNE Cooperates with Shanghai Puneng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.

Recently, Wuhe Century Concord Yinmahu Wind Power Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of Century Concord New Energy Group Limited, signed financing cooperation contract with Shanghai Puneng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The total amount of this contract is 285 million RMB, of which 235 million RMB belonged to sale and leaseback business and 50 million RMB belonged to factoring business (renewable energy subsidies).

Shanghai Puneng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Energy Group Co., Ltd. As a new platform for Zhejiang Energy Group’s financial industry expansion, the two parties will carry out more mutually beneficial cooperation in the financing, investment, operation and maintenance of new energy power stations in the future.
