S&P Global, a leading international ratings and research organization, recently released the Sustainability Yearbook 2026. In recognition of its strong performance and tangible progress in environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices, Concord New Energy Group has been included in the yearbook for the first time, marking a significant milestone in its sustainability journey. The inclusion affirms the Company’s strengthening sustainability governance framework and long-term value capabilities and reflects recognition from respected international institutions and global capital markets.

The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook is widely regarded as one of the world’s most influential sustainability assessments, recognizing leading companies across industries for excellence in sustainability performance. In this assessment, more than 9,200 companies worldwide were evaluated, with only 848 selected for inclusion. The highly competitive selection process underscores the Yearbook’s authority and its standing as a benchmark for global corporate sustainability excellence.

Within the Electric Utilities sector, Concord New Energy distinguished itself with strong performance, particularly in climate strategy, energy management, and occupational health and safety. The Company was consequently ranked among the global leaders in the industry. By establishing five core pillars – environment, talent, operations, community, and governance – the Group has systematically embedded its sustainability principles across the entire lifecycle of its wind and solar power projects, from development and construction to operation.

This inclusion marks a significant milestone in Concord New Energy’s ESG journey toward international best practices, affirming that the Group’s sustainability governance and comprehensive capabilities are aligned with globally advanced standards.

Looking ahead, Concord New Energy will remain committed to its mission of providing clean energy and professional services to foster harmony between humans and nature. The Company will continue to strengthen its sustainability governance framework, enhance its management systems, leverage its expertise and service excellence to advance the global energy transition, and create long-term sustainable value.
