Stakeholder Engagement Policy

I. Purpose
Concord New Energy Group Limited (“the Group”) perpetually focuses on the expectations and concerns of its stakeholders. The Group continuously gathers, organizes, and analyzes suggestions and feedback from stakeholders throughout its operations, fostering a positive and trustworthy relationship. This ensures that stakeholders’ expectations and rights are fully identified, respected, and addressed.
II. Applicability
This Policy applies to Concord New Energy Group Limited and its subsidiaries, covering all operating locations and stakeholders. Stakeholders include individuals or groups directly or indirectly affected by the Group’s business activities, including but not limited to governments and regulators, employees, shareholders and other investors, suppliers, contractors and business partners, clients, the public, and communities surrounding the Group’s operating locations. The Group also encourages relevant contractors, suppliers, and partners to comply with this Policy, encouraging them to actively implement the requirements of the Policy.
III. Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
The Group is committed to enhancing transparency and building mutual trust with stakeholders through communication and cooperation, thereby promoting joint development. The Group’s stakeholder engagement strategy covers all stakeholders and ensures consistent application throughout the Group’s business operations. Additionally, the Group integrates stakeholder identification results, communication activities, engagement levels, and stakeholder suggestions to continuously refine the Group’s management and support its operations and development.
IV. Stakeholder Identification
The Group conducts annual stakeholder surveys to address the expectations and concerns of various stakeholders. The Group has established a systematic identification and classification mechanism to evaluate stakeholders based on business relevance and mutual influence, thoroughly analyzing the direct or indirect risks and impacts each stakeholder may face.
Furthermore, the Group recognizes the importance of protecting vulnerable groups. In the stakeholder identification process, special attention is given to groups such as ethnic minorities, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities in the surrounding areas of the Group’s operations. The Group ensures that these vulnerable groups’ voices are heard, their needs are met, and aim to avoid or minimize negative impacts of operational activities on vulnerable groups.
V. Stakeholder Communication Mechanism
The Group maintains multiple communication channels to ensure smooth interaction with stakeholders. Main channels include but are not limited to conference, face-to-face communication, phone call, annual report, announcement and notice, email, official correspondence, and public survey. The Group strives to improve the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement and actively considers feedback from stakeholders in operating location in strategic decision-making processes. For stakeholders who are unable to use established communication channels, the Group may proactively reach out through visits, interviews, or meetings, or offer remote assistance. Additionally, the Group regularly conducts capacity-building training sessions for stakeholders to facilitate more effective participation in communication and to offer targeted improvement suggestions.
VI. Grievance Mechanism
The Group has established a transparent grievance and complaint mechanism for stakeholders. Stakeholders can view applicable reporting channels or methods of appeal via the online platform (https://www.cnegroup.com/report.html) or directly contact the Group through email (complaint@cnegroup.com). The Group commits to tracking grievance information and responding promptly and effectively to resolve issues before they escalate into conflicts.
VII. Information Disclosure
The Group discloses annual stakeholder identification, active communication channels, and engagement outcomes through its corporate website, social media, annual reports, and ESG reports to ensure fairness and transparency in the process and results of stakeholder communication and engagement.
VIII. Stakeholder Engagement Policy Review
The Group will conduct necessary reviews of the Policy at regular intervals. The ESG Committee oversees and supervises the implementation of this Policy and maintains timely updates to it. During the review process, stakeholder feedback will be actively collected to continuously improve the Group’s engagement practices.
